How to Set Up Microsoft Authenticator for Secure Access

To keep your account safe and ensure a seamless login experience, we recommend setting up Microsoft Authenticator.

Step 1: Download the app

Step 2: Sign in

  1. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app.

  2. Sign in with your Microsoft account (the same one you use for FilesAir).

Step 3: Add your work account

  1. Tap the “+” button in the app.

  2. Select Work or school account.

Step 4: Scan the QR code

  • Use your phone’s camera in the app to scan the QR code in your company mail.

  • Once scanned, your account will appear in the app.

Step 5: Finish setup

  • The app will now generate secure login codes automatically.

  • Each time you sign in, approve the notification or enter the code from the app.

✅ You’re all set! Your FilesAir account is now protected with an extra layer of security.
